TheBaseCheck OÜ does not provide any crypto asset services including but not limited to crypto asset exchange, crypto asset wallet, or crypto asset payment services. We do not provide investment or trading advice. Our Service is for information purposes only.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
